This is my second time buying from Amber Door and both sales have been 5 star service. Their communication is excellent and shipping time frame to customer is also excellent compared to most other auction companies that I have dealt with. I will be a repeat customer.....

You have incredible integrity in responsibility to your customers. All of these problems were handled in the truest sense of a professional and honest person. Lately we've experienced an uprise in 'fraudish' pics hiding breakages, etc and on pre-picks items just been outright light-fingered away .. siigh .. but your house needs a big hi 5 man .. it's a huge job to be highly professional due to the massive multitasking involved .. but you do it and ROKk Thank you!! for allll the ways you make auctions a quality event, Angie n Noel
